what i miss are what i've missed

 watching football match bersama geordies

 buat dunia sendiri :p 

 main bebola sejuk! sejukkk ngat! :P

 dah main kena kemho kejap :p

 bercuti dan menggila bersama rakyat jelata 

 posing poyo like the world is mine :P

 berkenangan di tempat wajib pergi walaupun tak tahu n tak minat.bergambar je penting :p

 retarded moment 

 act like a diva..walk like a superstar..but no one cares!hahah!

 mencuba makanan baru walaupun takut nak makan, telan jugak

 balik kelas, kemho di jalanan (ladang lembu sebenarnya sambil elak tahi tahi) :P

 outdoor ice skating..dan jumpa budak chumelll 

 ada masa turn into beach sat..but this is no good :p 

 socialising 

 rindukan kolej mara seremban (kms)

 menggigil kesejukan..bajet local taknak pakai coat, last2 merana sesorang

 menyambut hari kelahiran happy birthday!!!! :D 

 mencari arah tujuan. entah.

 pura pura atau kebenaran, hanya org yg snap je boleh bagtau selain kitorang :p 

 treat diri sendiri yang mereng 

 laluan tahi lembu yang dirindui 

 beautiful sky!we missed that. 

 makan pizza satu pound dua pound and microwave je 

 masak ikot suka hati..hari2 lebih kurang sama je :p

In so manic?

I've been having difficulty to get a peaceful sleep at night. Yes i feel sleepy, and i can initiate sleep. what my problem is i frequently wake up in the middle of the night. I usually fall asleep around 12am but then later at 2am terjaga, pkul 4am terjaga lagi, sampai laa subuh..

Tak sure apa yg membuatkan terjaga tapi memang terjaga lah. Then it takes me few minutes to hours to get back to sleep. It takes me hours when i start to look at my phone, being distracted by it pulak lagi. Tak boleh nak tipu, bila terjaga teringat ingat ke wajah hantu pun ada jugak. Mana taknye, tengah2 malam semua orang pun tido, tinggal kita je sorang2 yang hantu boleh datang melawat to say hi! (oh no!) :P

What worse, i try to disturb others as well untuk menemani masa-tidak-boleh-tidur-balik-selepas-terjaga itu. Nasib baik some friends in different time zone, xda la menggangggu sangat if tiba2 call them..but sometimes i called my mom. Kesian mama kena layan anak dia yg ada sleeping pattern disorder neh.

It is very tiring when it happens everyday! Then i start to find solution to it. Nak makan sleeping pills, takut pulak side effect karang tiba2 delusion hallucination sorg2. So i avoid pills.

Makanya saya pun tingkatkanlah bacaan doa saya sebelum tidur. Kadang2 sampai tertidur sebelum habis baca. It works. YES it works. Cuma still terbangun jugak lagi kejap2. Jadinya saya fikir this is not about kena kacau hantu ke apa ke, tak amal baca doa ke apa ke..This is something to do with MY SLEEP!

Then come to my last solution. I thought if i cover my eyes while sleeping, my eyes wont be able to terbukak sendiri untuk terjagakan saya tengah2 malam. Then I went out to buy a SLEEPING MASK/ EYE MASK. 

tell u what! IT REALLY WORKS! I EVEN GET A BETTER SLEEP!

bangun pagi rasa fresh di area mata tu, macam semacam yang bagus! Mungkin sebab mata kita tak bergerak banyak masa tidur, and you are really under peaceful sleep. Satu lagi, when u masked ur eyes, you are preventing any lights, and the brain sense pure darkness, releasing more melatonin, a hormone to induce sleep.

So those who having the same problem as me, under stress and susah nak tido, u can try this! It is simple and cheap though! :D 

saksama dan bersama sama

well im sure everyone was up till early morning last night for the result

Tahniah! Barisan Nasional(won 133 in parliament). Jangan berputus asa Pakatan Rakyat.

Tahniah PKR menang dun saya!Dun Seberang Jaya. Semoga dapat membimbing kawasan kita dengan lebih saksama dan bersama-sama. This applied to OUR GOVERNMENT as well.

As u have realised how rebellious rakyat could be, how competitive for the winning in this GE13, u wouldn't want to lose in next 5 years. So proof to the nation every things will get better. We need no more entertainment of corruption and play-dirty as the world have given us much enough.

jadi nya!

Sila bersemangat baru dengan wajanya berlandaskan agama ye pemerintah pemerintah sekalian. Practice Islam, Respect others religions.

Yang kecewa atau kecewa sangat, Allah has His plan. If it is meant to be, it will be. In the mean time, let us improvise ourself in all daily aspects. Remember! RESPECT OTHERS! taknak la gaduh gaduh masam masam muka ye. Tuduh itu ini fitnah itu ini. Marilah berkasih sayang.

Even Allah perintahkan Nabi Musa untuk bercakap to Firaun dengan baik.

so! kita yang tak da lah sebaik Nabi Musa ne, tapi xjugak sejahat Firaun tak layak lah kot untuk menengking nengking atau dimaki maki (teringat temaki sushi. ok abaikan) sedangkan Nabi Musa boleh bertutur dengan baik kepada Firaun.

faham ke ayat terputar terbelit ne?..haha! point nya di sini, kalah menang itu adat, jaga mulut, jangan hina atau bercakap perkara sia2 untuk melemparkan kemarahan atau ketidakpuasan hatimu. full stop.

ok dah. Selamat maju jaya Malaysia! dan Selamat maju jaya rakyat Malaysia!

semua gementar, semua suspen, semua risau, semua semangat, semua bersuka ria balik kampung, berkumpul dah macam selamat hari raya

apapun, undilah dengan bijak

pilihlah pemimpin yang telus dan low profile, yang menjanjikan keutamaan agama dalam pemerintahan
yang tahu hukum halal dan haram
yang tahu mana satu dosa mana satu pahala

apapun, terpulang pada hak masing masing..we share the same country, u have ur right i live my right

sesiapa pun menang, pasti akan ada perubahan yang lebih baik.. memandangkan pilihan raya utama kali ini sedikit sebanyak berjaya membuka mata sesetengah pihak bahawa rakyat sudah tidak boleh lagi ditipu

somehow lesson learnt, no more lies (bit impossible, but at least able to reduce lies and corruption)

selamat mengundi rakyat malaysia! inikalilah (opposition) we have to make Malaysia a betternation (goverment).. never say lainkalilah! keep Malaysia at the best peace everyone!

if u keep it to urself, it means you dont own it

not to gain name, but to gain the pahala

This year is gonna be our last term in Newcastle..all of us (Malaysian) on NUMed programme will be back the latest by August to continue our course in Newcastle University Johor Campus
And i will be home in early of July..ohhhh mix feeling..there are part of me waiting for the time, and there are part of me resist to leave  :):

i wanted to leave some memories for my local group mates on our last seminar group together

ouhh i seriously will miss them sooo much!!!i love my GP tutor and i love everyone in the group!

i made them oreocheesecake cupcake with their name written on it! sorrry if i spell your name wrong heeeee ;) that was my first attempt making out this new recipe >.<
